RETURNS - UK

We really hope that you’re happy with your order, but if you’re not, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items and receive a full refund. Items need to be returned unworn, in their original packaging with tags still attached and in the same condition you received them. Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees for all returns.

Refunds are processed once returns are received.

How to return

  1. Complete the return form

  2. We’ll review your request within 1-2 working days

  3. You’ll receive return instructions via email

  4. Send your item back using a tracked service

Return conditions

  1. Items must be unworn and unwashed

  2. All original tags must be attached

  3. Items must be returned in original packaging

  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be a tracked service only

  5. Any lost returns are the responsibility of the customer

  6. Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES - UK ONLY

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or item, you have 14 days from date of delivery to do this. Same rules apply as returns. Items need to be returned unworn, in their original packaging with tags still attached and in the same condition you received them. You will be required to re-order the appropriate size.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For any international exchanges, you have 14 days to do this from the date of delivery. Please email our customer services team customers@littlewildcub who will be happy to assist you. All items returned or exchanged need to be returned in the same condition that they arrived, in the same packaging and unworn.
